Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, but as each appointment is reserved especially for you, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you do not inform us that you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or do not arive for a scheduled appointment, this will result in a £20 charge. If a multiple service or group appointment is cancelled, there will be a £20 charge per service.


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for the full cost of a specified package only.

Once issued, the gift voucher can only be used as full payment for an appointment for the package specified on the voucher.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any additional services booked at the same time as the package the gift voucher is for must be paid for separately.

Gift vouchers must be used by the expiry date, which is 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift vouchers must be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Ochre Hair Lounge is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Retail Products

Products must be returned unused and unopened, with their seal intact, and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Ochre Hair Lounge. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.

Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates, we can not accept returns after 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This does not affect your statutory rights.
